Norman Jackson is proposing a County Homestead Exemption for Richland County Seniors, so our seniors will pay zero in property taxes.
Corporation don't pay their fair share
Currently, large corporations pay a Fee in Lieu of Taxes. Norman Jackson will have the large corporations pay their fair share of taxes, so that seniors will not lose their homes for unpaid property taxes and can save that money to enjoy a stress free retirement.
